ITALIAN SPAGHETTI SAUCE with MEATBALLS





Ingredients:
Ground beef
1 cup Breadcrumbs
1 tbsp Parsley
1 tbsp Parmesan
1tsp Pepper
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Salt
1 Egg
Olive oil
Garlic
Onions
3 big Fresh Tomatoes
2 tbsp Tomato paste
1tsp Sugar
Bay leaf
Spaghetti
Mushroom


Method:
1.) Place the Ground beef into a large bowl and add the breadcrumbs, Parsley, Parmesan, Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder and Mix it with your hands. 
2.) Then add the egg mix it well and use your hand to shake the mixture into meatballs.
3.) Add 2 tbsp of oil in the saucepan then add the chopped onions and garlic after it became brown add the cut tomatoes with a little bit of salt, Pepper, Sugar, Tomato paste, and bay leaf then cover it for 15 mins in a medium heat.
4.) After 15 mins carefully add the meatballs in the sauce and cover it for another 20 mins.
5.) While simmering cook the spaghetti then serve it with Italian meatballs. :-)

Easy Cooked Chicken Fajitas





Ingredients:

1 tsp Chili powder
1/2 tsp Cumin
1/2  Juice of lemon
1tbsp Olive oil
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
Salt
1-1 1/2 Pounds boneless skinless chicken breast sliced into strips
1 sliced Green bell pepper
1 sliced Red pepper
1 sliced Red onions
Tortillas


Method:

1.) Marinate the sliced chicken with Olive oil, Cumin, Pepper, Juice of lemon, Chili powder, a little bit of salt and rub it on the chicken well.
2.) After 10-15 Minutes. Add 2 tbsp oil in the skillet pan then cook the seasoned chicken on a medium heat then remove it if it is done.
3.) Then add in the skillet the Onions, Green and red pepper. put a little bit of salt and cook it for about 5 mins.
4.) Add the chicken back into the skillet. Stir until well combined then serve it with tortillas or paratha. :-)

Home-made Chicken Biryani

Ingredients:

(For the Rice)
1 and a half cups Basmati rice
1 and a half liters Water
Salt
Oil or Butter
Bay leaf
Cardamon
Cinnamon
Black Corn pepper
Cumin
Cloves

(For the Chicken)
Oil
2 Potatoes
Cardamom
Cinnamon stick
Bay leaf
600 gms Chicken
Salt
Tumeric powder
Chilli Powder
Ginger-garlic paste
Onions
Tomatoes
Water
Mint leaves


Method:

(Onions)
> Fry at least 1 or 2 Onions Separately

(Rice)
>Soak the rice for at least 20 to 30 mins.
>Boil the water with little bit of butter, salt, cumin, bay leaf, cardamon, cloves, cinnamon and corn pepper then add the soaked rice and cover it for about 15-20 mins.
>Check the rice if it is already cooked and drain it.

(Chicken)
>Marinate the chicken with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, fried onions, tomatoes and mix it well.
>In a pan heat the oil and fry the peeled potatoes then add the marinated chicken, add water then cover it with the lid.
>After the chicken is done, add the drained rice and cover it for 10 mins.
>Then garnish it with fried onions and mint then mix it and it's ready to serve.

Slow cooker lemon chicken

















Ingredients:

6 Chicken thighs or breast
1 tsp Rosemary
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Thyme
Salt
Pepper
6 Garlic gloves
2 Cuts of lemon
50 ml Water
1 cube chicken stock
1 tbsp Cornflour



Method:

1.)  Place the chicken, rosemary, oregano, thyme, salt and pepper mix it with hands then add the garlic gloves, lemon and water. Cover it with the lid and cook on high for 3 hours.

2.) After 3 hours, remove the chicken, lemon and the garlic then add the chicken stock and cornflour with little bit of water then mix it for a few minutes.

3.) Then pour the gravy over the chicken and you can serve it with steamed broccoli or white rice.

4.) Simple as that enjoy!
